Menno on Compact Green: Compact Green develops Living Walls that connect people nature. Our goal is to create green and healthy indoor environments, even in today’s dense cities and buildings where space is at a premium. During the fist lock down I started experimenting with novel ways to grow house plants in my student room. Prototyping quickly resulted into a large wall covered by lush foliage of tropical plants. After realizing this solution could potentially help much people than just myself, I founded this startup with the goal of developing the product and introducing it to the market.

Menno on Entrepreneurship: Entrepreneurship to me means being able to bring innovative and disruptive ideas to life. I believe it is a prerequisite to innovation and imperative in the transition towards a more sustainable built environment.
